My message, especially to young people is to have courage to think differently, courage to invent, to travel the unexplored path, courage to discover the impossible and to conquer the problems and succeed. These are great qualities that they must work towards. This is my message to the young people.
It gives me immense pleasure to introduce to you with our college for imparting higher education among the students of minority community in the district of Barpeta(Assam) It has been spreading the light on higher education for the last 26 years.
Historically famous and conventionally known 'Dhanbandha' is the location of the college. It is situated in the Uttar Barpeta, 'Dhanbandha', Barpeta. The College has an area of 35 bighas of landed property. The Govt. of Assam vide its letter no RSG. 271/92/53 dated 28/07/2000(Revenue department) has allotted 35 bighas of land to the college under dag no 1(Part Kha) of the Dhanbandha G.G.R . under Ghilajari Mouza, Dist-Barpeta, Assam.

The mission and goals of this institution other than the generation and transmission of knowledge, one to spread higher education to the students of rural polulance of the region with a view to make them honest, good, responsible and worthy citizens of the country. We also aim at creating the institution in which the students can attain moral and spiritual knowledge that would enable them to form a character of sublime order. Our endeavor is also to train them culturally through various extracurricular activities. Besides traditional forms of teaching/learning the college aim to introduce some courses which have the opportunities of self employment.
